I read this and it was exactly what i was thinking. I feel so sad for those who remain faithfull to the the governing body.

The Truth is Jesus Christ. I think there is the meaning of "The Real thing" embodied in the word. Everything else isnt. In his book Truth and Tolerance, Ratzinger argued that truth and love are identical. God is Love.
did you view them as men who truly cared about you?.

were the elders nothing special to you?.
I always thought the elders knew more than me. Then i found out they didn't. I was "afraid" they would find out how little I knew and I would look silly. Most were decent men. Some I had arguements with. One had to stop taking the watchtower study as a result and another had to get his things together and leave the meeting early. The first one was an ass and is no longer an elder the second one was a decent man i pushed too hard for answers.

if so, what types of sport will be played?.
i know the gb always bash american football and wrestling, claiming they are too violent for jws.. but what sport do you think jws will be spending their sunday afternoons watching or playing in the new system?.
if you were to choose a sport for certain famous jws, past or present, what would it be?.
In the paradise Adam was in there were no clothes, no house, nothing. Unless they are going to play with sport with fruit. I think not.

My going out brought the elders round and a two hour arguement with raised voices occurred in the street. This resulted in elders being counseled and leaving the meeting early on the next Thursday. I continued to attend the hall. I wrote to the society and recieved no reply. I then called the PO he had heard from them and was supposed to arrange a meeting. He didnt. I phoned him repeatedly and got a meeting eight months later. I went over the points and asked if they wished to disfellowship me. (2years after the arguement in the street) They didnt. I feel there is a small percentage chance that they are right. But it is very small and getting smaller.

at the last two meetings i have been to, two brothers mentioned in their parts that we have a personal responsibility to turn in someone we know who is involved in wrongdoing.
they both said we need to do this out of love and because we could also lose our own relationship with jehovah if we fail to do so.
it struck how odd this all is.
